How do you charge for your services?
There is a $85.00 in-home consultation fee for the K.C. area(additional fee for out of area), we will apply the $85.00 to your area rug purchase.
What if I dont live in the Kansas City metro area, but I would like to use your services?
We offer two solutions;
1. You could simply pick up the travel and expenses and we would be more than glad to visit you regardless of where you live. We have clients all over the U.S. Please call and we will be glad to provide a quote.
2. You can send us a picture of the room you want the area rug to go in via email. We will then ask you to print out our color swatch document and match the colors of certain items in the room i.e. wall, furniture or existing art work in the room. Then you simply mail in your color swatch for us to match to our color palms. We will then send recommendations of rugs that we feel will work in your room. Cost $125.00, we will apply this fee towards the purchase of your rug.
What if I am on a limited budget?
No Worries! We can accommondate any budget small or large. We promise to educate you on the differences in manufacturing. Then together we will make the most out of your budget so you won't get stuck with a rug that will not wear or last long.
How long does it take to make a custom area rug?
Depending on the style, type and size of your area rug, it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months if you order a custom hand knotted area rug It will depend on the construction of the rug. Dont worry will tell you everthing you need to know before making a decision.
Do you bring rugs to the house?
The initial consultation is generally for measuring the room, collecting colors and viewing the clients taste. This will give us insight in picking the perfect rug. Most of the manufacturers offer corner samples or small sample rugs for viewing and approving before you purchase your area rug. This will save you the hassle of shipping rugs back that don't work and give you an idea if you like the rug before purchase.
