Try before you buy
The vast majority of rug manufacturers do not offer area rug samples, so we encourage you to order the smallest size available (usually a 2'x3'). This smaller size will help you decide whether or not you have the right colors before you invest in shipping in a larger rug. Once you've made a decision, you can return the small area rug and order the correct size. However we find that a lot of our clients will end up keeping the 2x3 for another area such as the kitchen sink or bath, or simply to have a smaller handling sample for color. But, if you decide to return the small sample, just let us know when you're ready and we'll send you return shipping instructions. Return shipping for a 2'x3' will usually be under $10, versus $100 or more for an 8'x10' or larger. Please start with your favorite rug, as we do appreciate you limiting sampling to one or two rugs at a time if possible.

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer within 3-5 days. Either way, you can expect your rug to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. If, for some reason, your order is delayed, we will let you know via e-mail, then monitor your order until it is delivered to you. Oversized shipments (rugs 9x12 and larger) are too big for UPS and will ship via truck line and therefore may take a little extra time.

If your order doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your rug. We do not have re-stocking fees or hidden charges. If you need to return a rug, you are only responsible for the return shipping expense. Simply call 1-800-481-1587 with your return information to receive a call tag to ship your rug back. Just make sure all original packaging and labels are included.  Once your rug arrives at our distribution center, we will issue a refund of your full purchase price. We issue refunds within a few days of the rug being received. So please allow a few days for the funds to be posted to your account.

Note: We will refuse any return if….

            • The rug has been damaged or soiled
            • The rug has been shipped after 15 days of receipt of rug.

NOTE: Personalized, Custom made items, Oversized rugs (larger than 8' x 11'), and or clearance rugs are not returnable unless there is a defect in which, of course, we will happy to provide you with a replacement of the rug you ordered.
