The first step in finding the right area rug or accessory is an in-home consultation. This provides us a glimpse into your specific taste and style. Then through the use of color palms made of the same wool yarn most area rugs are made of today, we match existing colors in your room with the color that we might want to pull into your new area rugs. That will help us coordinate everything together.
For customers who don’t want a wool rug, which is very seldom, we use these color palms as a color guide only.
Perhaps the most common mistake we see today is the wrong size area rug for the room size. People often get frustrated or try to save money and buy the wrong size rug. The Rug Goddess will never sell you the wrong size rug regardless of your budget or time frame. Area Rug Consultants are trained to coordinate multiple rugs within a close space. We find with the larger room sizes in most new homes you may need several rugs or just one extra large rug within a space. Whatever the size we will create the perfect rug.
