“I am happy to report that we have the most beautiful rug in existence and that it makes our room complete. Nothing else would have worked as well, and Janice Wells, our Rug Goddess, was totally responsible for that. Over the past few years... yes years, my husband and I have totally remodeled our home. Of all the custom work that entailed, the one job that went superbly was the one job that shouldn't have. We ordered a custom rug. It had to be made in China. It had to compliment 2 circular rugs that we already had. It had to be 14ft. X 25ft. We had to send one of the existing rugs to China with the order. Although it was an investment in our home that we really wanted to make, no reasonable person would have expected that this project would turn out well.
