How to Use the Area Rug Room Visualizer
1. Take a Photo of Your Room
Use your phone, tablet, or camera to take a photograph of the room where you plan to place the rug. You can also use an existing room photo saved on your device.
For the best visualization results:
- Stand far enough back to show most of the visible floor.
- Hold the camera level instead of pointing it sharply downward.
- Include nearby furniture so you can judge how the rug coordinates with the room.
- Use good natural light or turn on the room’s interior lighting.
- Remove temporary clutter that may cover the floor area.
2. Open the Room Visualizer
Select the Upload a Room Photo and Start Visualizing button. Depending on your device, you can upload an existing photograph or take a new photograph with your phone or tablet.
You can choose to:

- Take a new photograph using a compatible mobile device.

3. Upload Your Room Photo
