15-Day Standard Return Policy

If your area rug does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of delivery.

• No Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees or hidden penalty costs.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the merchandise is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is properly tracked and credited, please follow these steps:

1. Request Return Authorization (RA): Call our studio at 352-503-9410 or email janice@ruggoddess.com within 15 days of receipt to request your RA number.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide your RA number and designated return shipping address.
3. Pack Securely: Repack the item in its original protective packaging with all original labels attached. Clearly write your RA number on the outside label.
4. Ship & Receive Refund: Once inspected at our facility, your purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be accepted for return or exchange (unless defective upon delivery):

• Oversized Rugs (8 ft. Wide & Wider): Because these ship via freight/common carrier, rugs 8 ft. wide or wider are non-returnable.
• Custom-Made & Personalized Rugs: Bespoke sizing, custom fabrications, and special-order runners.
• Sale & Clearance Merchandise: Discontinued or final clearance items.
• Damaged, Soiled, or Altered Items: Merchandise showing signs of wear, pet hair, dirt, or modification.
• Late Returns: Items shipped back after 15 days of receipt.
