Teebaud Rug Pad (Pre-cut Sizes)

Teebaud Rug Pad (Pre-cut sizes) is a thin pad designed especially for smaller scatter rugs, runners, or rugs with a slick style backing that won't grip to your average rug pad. Teebaud rug pad is so thin that it's virtually unnoticeable under rugs, but thick enough to protect the weave of the rug and keep it from crawling on carpet or most hard surfaces. You can also use it for larger area rugs when they are used on flatter piled wall to wall carpeting if there is no heavy furniture placed on top of it. If there happens to be heavy furniture its best to use No-Muv rug pad. Teebaud pad is particularly great for households with running pets, playing children, or an elderly person living within the household. It keeps scatter rugs from crawling and stretching out of shape due to daily residential traffic. Once placed there is no need to pull the pad up, simply vacuum the rug as normal (no beater bar) and take a damp clean cloth and gently wipe around the edges of the floor. Once you start pulling the pad up it starts to loose it's ability to stay in place but if you leave it as instructed we find it maintains its ability to lock the rug in place for a longer period of time.

Note: We are aware over the past few years some flooring manufacturers are using an acrylic based lacquer that cuts the cure times in half for quicker production times instead of the standard polyurethane coatings. This makes certain rug pads permanently stick to the surface in spots, making it very hard to remove. Because of this we recommend its always best to contact the manufacturer of your specific floor type to make sure no acrylic based lacquer has been applied to the surface.
